Mariner Community, Here is the Mireles Weekly Beacon for December 15 - 19. Our Mariners have been busy so please take a moment to see what we've been up to and what we will be doing this week. We hope to see many of you when staff go Holiday Caroling on Tuesday evening. Details and our caroling route are included in the Beacon.

Check out this week's Mireles Beacon and find out which classes earned the Golden Shoe, the Golden Spatula and which Mariners were "Caught Being Kind". Don't forget the Fall PTA Fundraiser runs until November 20. Help us fund additonal field trips for all grade levels with this fundraiser. https://secure.smore.com/n/e7fh6

Mariner Families, Two days in and our Digital Dismissal and it is going smoothly. Thank you parents for following the guidelines and committing to the process! Please review the picture that shows the different dismissal points and remember that in order for the process to be smooth and safe we cannot have cars parked along the Bison Dr. curb between the back and front horseshoes once dismissal begins. Parking is available on the other side of Bison or on a side street if you need to stay past 3:00.
At morning dropoff, prior to 7:30, the right lane should be kept clear for cars who need to proceed through the horseshoe and depart before 7:30 so children can get down directly on the sidewalk.. Parents who arrive early and wait in the horseshoe until 7:30, should wait in the left lane. At 7:30 when staff arrives, they will help your children get down from your vehicle and assist them in crossing the crosswalk safely.
